The Brazilian Music Festival in Zurich - With its dialog between popular trends and new local experimental music, the Solar Festival paints a contemporary picture of Brazil's cultural pluralism. It aims to combine folk traditions, myths, colors, rhythms and forms of expression in order to showcase the country's cultural richness with a fresh, committed and conscious approach.

The artists invited for the third edition are Luiz Gabriel Lopes (solo), Lia de Itamaracá & Band, Yabás- Solar artistic Residence (Anna Tréa, Dandara Modesto e Jabu Morales), Joanina & Batucada and Dj Sampa, who together represent the richness and diversity of Brazilian culture. The music ranges from the youth, tradition and ancestor worship of Brazil to the strength, power and daily struggle of Brazilian artists.
