After a successful run in Brazil, Mãeana Sings JG is now touring Europe.

The repertoire combines timeless songs popularized by the Bahian João Gilberto with contemporary hits by the Pernambucan João Gomes. Juazeiro and Petrolina meet on the bridge formed by Mãeana and create what she calls "pisa nova", a fusion of the piseiro groove with the intention of bossa nova.

The vocals are accompanied by guitar and percussion, framed by Mãeana's unique aesthetic that transforms every stage she enters.
