Dominguinho
João Gomes, Mestrinho and Jota.Pê with "Dominguinho" - the project that transforms Sundays into music and is now conquering the stages of Brazil!
What emerges from an encounter between friends, historic hillsides and the sunset can become poetry. And when these friends are João Gomes, Mestrinho and Jota.Pê, this poetry takes on sound, rhythm and soul. The result is Dominguinho - an audiovisual project that celebrates encounters, lightness and the diverse musicality of Brazil.
Recorded in the historic town of Olinda, Dominguinho is more than just a musical recording: it is a sensory experience that punctuates the days with the gentleness of well-lived Sundays. The repertoire comprises 12 tracks, including hits by the three artists, a previously unreleased song - Flor by Mestrinho and Erivaldo Júnior - and surprising versions of songs that have been given new arrangements, such as the medley from Mete Um Block Nele and Ela Tem and a delicate reinterpretation of Pontes Indestrutíveis by the band Charlie Brown Jr.
Dominguinho was released on digital platforms and conquered the public, establishing itself as one of the great musical surprises of the year. With almost 1 million streams per day, the project transcends the boundaries of digital and now conquers the stages of Brazil. The first live performance takes place on a grand scale: in São Paulo, where a tour begins that will spread the beauty and simplicity of music made with love throughout the country.
