Fidju Kitxora, a young, mysterious ensemble traveling between Lisbon and Cape Verde, releases their first album "Racodja" in 2024. They evoke the past, present and future voices of the diaspora, rearranging different languages in a vibrant and ever-changing music. The heat of Funaná, the swing of Semba, the syncopation of Kuduro and Afro-House mix with field recordings, gliding synthesizers, vocal samples and an unstoppable flood of infectious beats.
